Why did we create an Enterprise SEO on-demand course?
There are so many resources out there to help you learn SEO, but there's very little out there that speaks directly to the unique challenges and skillset of working as an SEO in or for an enterprise business.
Since launching Sitebulb Cloud and onboarding plenty of enterprise customers, we have become aware of some of those challenges - things like:
Workflow and governance management (these are often complex site architectures and web technologies that make even small optimizations difficult)
Cross-department collaboration (we don’t work in a bubble; we must get buy-in from clients and internal stakeholders)
Fighting for engineering resource (battling to get SEO tickets prioritized vs PPC/CRM tickets for conversion tweaks/product improvements)
Not to mention, diagnosing and executing technical SEO issues at scale.
These challenges require a particular skillset and knowledge that isn't required at small-to-medium sized business SEO level. So if you want to equip yourself to thrive in an SEO role within the complexity of an enterprise environment, this is the course for you.
What this course covers:
Introduction:
Introduces what “enterprise” really means in SEO.
Module 1: Navigating Complexity with Empathy
The importance of the human factor — learning to navigate emotions, politics, and relationships.
Building influence and mastering conflict to work collaboratively across teams.
Using storytelling to connect SEO data with business value.
Key takeaway: Enterprise SEO succeeds when trust, alignment, and stakeholder involvement are built into the process.
Module 2: Technical SEO & Scaling Workflows and Execution
Building scalable audits to uncover the issues that matter most.
Aligning audits with business rhythms (e.g., code freezes, campaign calendars).
Integrating SEO with content, international SEO, and local SEO workflows.
Reporting for impact — tailoring metrics and dashboards to different audiences.
Key takeaway: At enterprise scale, technical excellence must be matched with scalable systems and business alignment.
Module 3: Enterprise SEO Strategy and Future-Proof Solutions
Securing genuine buy-in vs. avoiding “fake buy-in” (stakeholders nodding without committing).
Prioritization, stakeholder management, and resource planning (in-house vs agency vs tools).
Communicating wins to secure future investment.
Developing a future-proof mindset that adapts to evolving technology, from generative AI to global SEO complexity.
Key takeaway: Strategic SEO means working backwards from business objectives, securing real buy-in, and building systems that thrive on change.
