Provide world-class technical support to Sitebulb customers. Handle incoming issues, diagnose problems, and become an expert in our platform and technical SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-line triage and customer communication
Deep technical investigation and bug reproduction
Documentation and knowledge base maintenance
Collaboration with development team
